AVGL and DreamHack have once again partnered up to bring the high school and collegiate community together for scholastic tournaments. Players who compete in the AVGL x DreamHack Beyond tournaments will have the opportunity to compete for cash prizing and various tickets for DreamHack Atlanta, happening November 18-20, 2022!
There are two types of events:
- National Tournaments – Open to anyone in the US or Canada
- Atlanta Invitational Tournaments – Invitational style events targeted at schools in the Southeast region
Registration is open starting Sept. 1st and will remain open for each event up until the day of each event. Teams can register by going to avgl.org/dreamhack and clicking register now for the appropriate event(s).
Here is the breakdown of prizing for the tournaments:
- College Events:
- National Tournaments
- 1st place team: $200 cash per person & 3-day festival pass to DreamHack Atlanta 2022
- Fortnite – Top 3 split $360/$180/$60
- Atlanta Invitational Tournaments
- 1st place team: $200 cash per person & BYOC pass to DreamHack Atlanta 2022
- 2nd-4th place team: 2x 3-day passes to DreamHack Atlanta 2022 per person

- High School Events:

- 1st place team: 3-day festival pass to DreamHack Atlanta 2022
- Atlanta Invitational Tournaments
- 1st place team: $200 cash per person & BYOC pass to DreamHack Atlanta 2022

AVGL will also be awarding tickets to schools who have the most tournament registrations or those who host on-campus watch parties for the events!
