Lil Luc: A Rising Star of Warzone

This one is for the gamers, the grinders, the ones that keep on streaming and competing no matter what. We see you. And today BoomTV will start a new tradition of introducing rising stars of Warzone you should keep an eye on because we think you should see them too.

Our first rising star is Lucas “Lil Luc” Lee! This Warzone streamer is originally from the Bay Area and currently resides in Seattle, where he attends college for business studies. When he’s not hitting the books, he’s pursuing a career in professional gaming.

BoomTV: When did you first start playing Warzone?

Lil Luc: I used to play Fortnite back in the day and was really good and streamed that a little bit. I just didn’t have enough time because I was still in high school and playing basketball and all that. In high school, I took basketball really seriously. Once I got to college, I was still playing Fortnite a little bit but I don’t think Warzone was out yet.

My brother first started playing Warzone and kept telling me to play and I was like, “Nah, I’ll still to Fortnite,” cause I saw how he played. It just seemed really boring because he played really ratty and I didn’t want to do that. (laughs) But then I started playing because none of my homies were on Fortnite. I was alright and started with like a 1 K/D. One of my friends decided to get a PC and he told me to get one because there’s no input delay. Once I got a PC, the gameplay just changed. I started to get really good, starting becoming sweaty and people were getting mad at me and all that. And then I started streaming because I just love this game.

BoomTV: What was it about Warzone that made you want to keep playing?

Lil Luc: It was hard to get 20 kills in a Fortnite game. Once I got to Warzone, I started watching FaZe Swagg because he’s one of the biggest faces in Warzone right now. I saw him get like 30+ kills and I was like, “whoa that’s a lot of kills!” So I started chasing that to 20, 30, I even got 50 kills. Getting that adrenaline rush and meeting new people on the game is really fun.

BoomTV: What are some of your favorite Warzone moments?

Lil Luc: DiazBiffle, he was on a burner – he was 58 I believe – and he got a dev error. I was in shock and felt really sorry for him, he was going to easily get 60+. That was one of the moments that just stuck out with me because when you’re on burners, that’s not a good feeling.

When I got my PR 58, though, that was definitely my favorite moment of my career.

BoomTV: What’s your dream collaboration?

Lil Luc: I would really love to collaborate with Repullz. That guy is so entertaining and one of the most outgoing guys in streaming right now, especially with Warzone. And Faze Swagg. They’re both really entertaining but they’re also good at the game which is how I want to be.

BoomTV: What do you hope for your Warzone future?

Lil Luc: I see myself playing til I’m old. I don’t see this game dying, because when you keep integrating new weapons, new content, new maps, and new Call of Duties… I’m just going to keep playing. Getting into content is something I really wanna do. I’m starting to get a little into wagers but that’s hard when people don’t know you. I’m starting to do CMG and stuff. I’m just going to keep gaming until the day I die.
