Announcing our partnership between Proving Grounds and DreamHack. Leading up to DreamHack Beyond we will be hosting weekly qualifiers for both Warzone and Apex Legends. Both events will have a $500 prize pool each week with $10,000 finals as part of DreamHack Beyond.
DreamHack Beyond is a free hybrid festival and online multiplayer game created to complement and showcase DreamHack’s brand. The event will include virtual cosplay competitions, amateur and professional esports tournaments, game demos, expo, a variety of panels and more.
The Apex Legends qualifiers take place each Tuesday and the Warzone qualifiers will take place on Thursdays. Each week the top two teams will qualify for the finals.
Prizing for each even will be:
– $550 Prize Pool
– 1st: $250
– 2nd: $150
– 3rd: $100
– Bounty: $50 TBD
