Shoutcaster will be on broadcast of the Creator Showcase on the AVGL Twitch Channel.

Overview:
- The submission phase will start on June 14th and end on September 30, 2021 at 11:59pm PT.
- The top 10 Shoutcasts will be selected by the Intel Inspires team to be moved onto the next round.
- The top 10 shoutcasters will then be given a VOD to cast on their own channel and it will be HUB streamed to the judges to select the winners.
Prizing:
- Total Prizing: $9000
- 1st place: $3000, a professional highlight reel made for them, and a chance to cast a special event*
- 2nd place: $2000 and a chance to cast a special event*
- 3rd-4th place: $1000 and a chance to cast a special event*
- 5-8th place: $500
*Special event will be dependent on the chosen game title(s) and availability.
Next Shoutcaster Creation Guidelines:
- The shoutcaster submissions can be from any game, and must be between 3-5 minutes.
- Shoutcast must be something casted by you in your own voice.
- No voice changers or duo casts.
- You may submit any kind of commentary, i.e. Color, Play-by-Play, Host/Analyst
- Your commentary must be wholly original.
- Commentary will be judged on the following criteria:
- Vocal Dynamics
- Word Usage / Creativeness
- Understanding of Gameplay
- Relay of Information to viewers
- Shoutcast must be appropriate.
Shoutcast Specifications:
- Files submitted must be in .mp4.
- Your shoutcast must not exceed 5 minutes in length.
Submission Process:
- To submit your cast upload your file to a cloud based storage database, i.e. Google Drive, Youtube, Dropbox.
- TURN LINK SHARING ON!
- Submit the link to the file on the content creator page.
- Post your cast to Social Media using the hashtag #iishoutcaster
Submission Agreement:
- You release the rights of your shoutcast to be used on, but not limited to: AVGL website, social media and marketing materials upon submission.
- AVGL and its partners reserve the right to make changes to the winning shoutcast.
- Participants will retain the full rights to their submission, except as stated above.
Notification of Winners:
- After the first submission period has ended, the top 10 shoutcasters will be contacted.
- Once notified, participants will be notified of the date and time of the second stage and the vod that will be shoutcast. Participants are encouraged to build hype for their shoutcasting stream in the Creator Contest Broadcast by using social media, word of mouth, and inviting friends and family to participate in the audience vote during the live broadcast.
- Winners may be disqualified for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to shoutcast a clip provided by Intel Inspires
- Shoutcast is found to be copyrighted or unoriginal
- Shoutcast is found to be inappropriate
